Guests can enjoy – King Island brie with pear and honey, smoked pumpkin tartlets, pulled pork croquettes, arancini, bao buns, Cape Grim beef pie, gourmet sliders, crispy calamari, lamb kofta skewers and miso salmon and fish with sweet treats such as brownie bites, profiteroles, fudge and lemon drizzle cake. |
