Dine. Stay. Dine Again Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
Kingston Driftwood Pty Ltd trading as BW Group.
2. Promotion
The promotion is titled Dine. Stay. Dine Again. – Your Chance to Win the Ultimate BW Dining Escape.
3. Promotional Period
Entries open at 12:01 am AEST on September 1 2026 and close at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
4. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who dine at Seagrass, Riva or Waterline during the promotional period. Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, prize suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible.
5. Eligible Purchase
Entrants must spend at least AU$50 per person in a single dining occasion. Each eligible diner may submit one entry per dining occasion. Unlimited entries are permitted across the promotional period provided each entry relates to a separate eligible dining occasion.
6. How to Enter
Scan the QR code displayed in the venue, complete the online entry form, upload a photograph of the receipt and accept these Terms and Conditions. The same receipt may support multiple entries, each with an entrant who satisfies the minimum spend requirement.
7. Prize
The prize comprises: (a) two nights’ accommodation for up to four guests at Sullivans Cove Apartments (value AU$1,600); (b) one AU$400 dining voucher for Riva Eatery; and (c) one AU$400 dining voucher for Waterline. Total prize value AU$2,400. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
8. Draw
A random electronic draw will take place in October 2026 at the Promoter’s offices. A reserve winner will also be drawn.
9. Verification
The Promoter may require proof of identity and the original receipt. Invalid, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
10. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the details supplied on the entry form. If the prize is unclaimed within the period specified by the Promoter, the reserve winner may be awarded the prize.
11. Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer the promotion. Marketing communications will be sent only to entrants who have separately opted in to receive Indulge communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
13. Blackout Period
The accommodation and dining vouchers are subject to availability and blackout periods, including public holidays, school holidays, peak seasonal periods (such as December 12 through January 31), and special event dates specified by the venue providers. Bookings must be made in advance.
14. Redeemable Period
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
